IOS devices have the internet sharing feature like the android devices. You can share the internet connection of your iPhone or iPad with other devices like computer or laptop and this is done using the personal Hotspot in iPhone. This process is little different than on android. Personal Hotspot is related to Wi-fi connection and Bluetooth, so if you want to use the Personal Hotspot then it requires the Wi-fi connection and Bluetooth to be turned on together in order to share the net connection.
